We do all the same things we do on the mls for less program, we just don't offer a commission to other agents. Our marketing is directed towards finding an "active buyer" looking in your area. They call us to see the home, and we handle all the paperwork, advertising, negotiations, inspections etc. for you for our flat fee of $2,995 paid at close.
