"MLS FOR LESS PROGRAM"®
Most homes around the country sell through the MLS system. The power of MLS is cooperation and compensation.
You can pay less and still get MLS with Assist-2-Sell. We allow you enjoy the full power of MLS while paying less.
Here's how it works
We place your home on the MLS. If we sell your home, we charge a flat fee of $2,995 paid at close. If another agent sells it, they get a 3% commission, but our fee stays at the $2,995. You only pay the 3% if another agent sells your home. How much can you save?
7% commission on a 200,000 house is $14,000.
If we sell your home you pay $2,995 saving over $11,000!
If another agents sells your home, you would pay them 3% or $6,000 plus our $2,995 for a total of 8,995. You still save over $5,000 compared to a tradition % based company AND you have a great chance at saving over $11,000! WE SELL 35% of the homes we put on the mls for less program!

How can we sell homes for lower commission?
Volume. By charging a very competitive, lower commission Assist-2-Sell generally attracts a higher number of listings than traditional agents. We can afford to make less on each sale because we sell more homes.

We do all the same things we do on the mls for less program, we just don't offer a commission to other agents. Our marketing is directed towards finding an "active buyer" looking in your area. They call us to see the home, and we handle all the paperwork, advertising, negotiations, inspections etc. for you for our flat fee of $2,995 paid at close. You can add the mls for less at any time, and like all our programs, we are only paid if your home sells.

"Paperwork Only"
This is for those who choose to find buyers using for sale by owner marketing. Many FSBO's run into difficulty when they find a buyer. Writing the offer, negotiation who will pay for what, the price, the terms etc. Often times deals fall apart during negotiations and inspections. Assist to Sell Provides a cost effective solution. Assist 2 Sell will complete the paperwork needed and provide a list of the necessary items to assure a smooth closing. A Flat fee of $995 is paid at the closing.
