Here's how it works
We place your home on the MLS. If we sell your home, we charge a flat fee of $2,995 paid at close. If another agent sells it, they get a 3% commission, but our fee stays at the $2,995. You only pay the 3% if another agent sells your home. How much can you save?

7% commission on a 200,000 house is $14,000.
If we sell your home you pay $2,995 saving over $11,000!
If another agents sells your home, you would pay them 3% or $6,000 plus our $2,995 for a total of 8,995. You still save over $5,000 compared to a tradition % based company AND you have a great chance at saving over $11,000! WE SELL 35% of the homes we put on the mls for less program!

How can we sell homes for lower commission?
